I've signed up for Windows Live Messenger 8.0 BETA via Microsoft Connect using your invitation code for China. But I'm currently in Hong Kong (which could be said as PART of China). I downloaded Windows Live Messenger 8.0 already but it didn't allow me to sign in. It said : 'The passport ID used to sign in is not allowed access to this BETA version of Messenger. 810003cc'. Does this relate to my IP's current location? by jalau123 on Thursday, January 05, 2006 (20:27:12)
